Dodecahedron Ghost Skewb

Some puzzles are difficult to solve because of their complicated moves, while others challenge the way we see and understand their shape. The Dodecahedron Ghost Skewb brings both challenges together in one unusual creation.

Built around a regular Skewb cube, this version combines the tricky Ghost mechanism with the distinctive geometry of a dodecahedron. Using 3D-printed extension parts, the puzzle takes on a completely different appearance, transforming the familiar cube into something that feels much less predictable. As the pieces turn, the changing shape makes it harder to recognize individual parts and understand how everything fits together. It is a fascinating mix of mechanical movement, geometric design, and visual confusion.

I am not the original inventor of this puzzle concept, but this is my own version of the Dodecahedron Ghost Skewb. For collectors and twisty puzzle enthusiasts, it offers an interesting opportunity to explore how a simple Skewb mechanism can become something far more unusual through creative modifications and 3D-printed parts.
