2x3x3 Curvy Pillowed Mirror Cube

The 2x3x3 Curvy Pillowed Mirror Cube is another experiment in transforming a familiar puzzle into something visually unusual. This time, I wanted to move away from the traditional flat-sided cuboid and create a softer, more flowing shape with curved and pillowed surfaces.

I started with a regular 2x3x3 cube and used custom 3D printed extension pieces to reshape its exterior into the distinctive pillowed form. The curved surfaces give the puzzle a unique appearance and make it stand out from conventional cuboids.

To make the puzzle more challenging, I also incorporated a mirror mechanism. Without traditional colors to guide the solver, the different shapes and sizes of the pieces become important clues for solving.

The result is the 2x3x3 Curvy Pillowed Mirror Cube—a combination of curved shape modification, 3D printed extensions, and mirror-puzzle mechanics that turns a simple cuboid into a unique and challenging puzzle for collectors and twisty-puzzle enthusiasts.
