4x4x4 Pillowed Ghost Cube

The Pillowed Ghost Cube series continues to grow, this time with the 4x4x4 Pillowed Ghost Cube. After exploring the idea with 2x2x2 and 3x3x3 puzzles, I wanted to take the same design approach to a larger and more complex cube.

This puzzle transforms a standard 4x4x4 cube into a pillowed shape while incorporating the ghosted layers that give Ghost Cube puzzles their distinctive character. The curved, pillow-like form changes the familiar appearance of the cube, while the ghosted design makes recognizing piece positions and finding the correct orientation a more interesting challenge.

What I enjoy about this series is how a simple change in shape can make a familiar puzzle feel completely different. Moving to the 4x4x4 format brings a new dimension to the concept, offering another variation for twisty puzzle enthusiasts who appreciate shape modifications and unconventional solving experiences.

I am not the original inventor of the Ghost Cube concept. This is my own version, created as part of my ongoing exploration of Pillowed Ghost Cube puzzles, where traditional cube designs meet unusual geometry and a fresh solving challenge.
